Good mattress, slow shipping

I ordered the Japanese Floor Mattress and it's quite comfortable, actually. It's firm but not hard, which I like for my back. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was simple enough. My only real complaint was the shipping speed. It took almost a full two weeks to arrive after I placed the order, which felt a bit long for a domestic shipment. Otherwise, happy with the purchase.

Decent mattress, good service

I ordered a Japanese Floor Mattress and the overall experience was positive. The website was easy to navigate and placing the order was straightforward. Delivery took about a week, which was reasonable. The mattress quality is good for the price, providing solid support. My only minor issue was that the product description could have been clearer about the exact firmness level, as it was a bit softer than I anticipated. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, so that was a plus.

Great value, comfy mattress

I purchased the Tri-fold Mattress for guests and it's been a solid buy. The quality feels really good for the price, much better than some others I've seen. It folds up nicely for storage, which is a big plus since my apartment isn't huge. The ordering process was smooth, and the customer service chat was helpful when I had a question about the thickness before buying. Delivery took about a week, which was perfectly acceptable. It came well-packaged too, no damage. My guests said it was surprisingly comfortable for a floor mattress. I'd definitely consider buying from them again for other home textile needs.

Super comfy blanket

Got the Cooling Weighted Blanket and it's been great. I usually get too hot with weighted blankets but this one actually works. It's soft and the weight is evenly distributed. Shopping was a breeze on their site, found what I needed quick. It arrived in about 5 days, so that was pretty fast. Definitely recommend it if you sleep warm.

Detailed thoughts on my new futon

I recently purchased the Futon Mattress from Zonli Home. The ordering process was simple on their site; I found what I needed quickly. Shipping was handled by FedEx and took 6 business days to arrive in Oregon, which was within the estimated timeframe. The packaging was robust, and the mattress arrived in perfect condition, compressed and rolled. Upon unboxing, it expanded fully within a few hours. The quality of the fabric feels durable, and the stitching is clean. It's firm but comfortable enough for occasional guest use, which is what I bought it for. I did notice a slight manufacturing smell initially, but it dissipated completely after a day of airing out. I haven't needed customer support, so I can't comment on that, but the product itself met my expectations. It doesn't come with a storage bag, which would have been a nice addition.

Got a Floor Pillow, it's fine

I picked up a Floor Pillow from Zonli Home. It came pretty fast, like 4 days to reach Austin. It's comfy enough for sitting on the floor. No real complaints. The color was a little different from the picture online, but nothing major.

Consistent quality, always reliable

This was my third purchase from Zonli Home, this time a Memory Foam Floor Mattress. I've previously bought a weighted blanket and some floor pillows. Just like my past orders, everything arrived on time and was well-packaged. The mattress quality is consistent with their other products – good materials and comfortable. It's why I keep coming back. The website experience was smooth as usual. My only slight complaint is that I wish they offered more color options for some of their mattresses, but that's a minor point.

Good value for a floor mattress

I was looking for a good deal on a floor mattress and Zonli Home popped up. I found a 15% off code which made the Tri-fold Mattress really affordable. Shipping was free too, which always helps. It took about 5 days to get here. The mattress itself is decent for the price, though it's a bit firmer than I expected. Overall, felt like I got my money's worth.
